Internal and external refurbishment and redecoration of a Grade II listed building in St Johns Wood. The works included full internal remodelling and redecoration including heating and electrical works. External rerendering, roof refurbishment and timber window repairs. All works completed with the client living on site

Replacement of mall tiling. Works undertaken out of hours providing minimal disruption to centre operations

Replacement of service doors. Works comprised new secure steel door sets, full automation, internal PIR, external sensors and full integration into the centres existing fire alarm and door entry systems

First phase of paving stone renewal across public walkways. Works completed with minimal disruption to the public and the shopping centre

Refurbishment of a care and dementia home for one of our valued clients. Works include new bathrooms, wet rooms, toilets, corridor and communal area redecoration, new ceilings, flooring and kitchens
